| As we are transitioning from perpetual to subscription-based licensing, we have an agreement in place that terminates the current licenses on December 31, 2028. After this date, a new 60-month subscription will need to be ordered.

| When placing an order for a 5-year license during the transition period, a pro-rated cost will be applied for the time between the order date and December 2028.

| For example, if you place an order in November 2025, you will be invoiced for 37 months (Nov 2025 to Dec 2028). The cost will be calculated as:

| €260 / 60 months × 37 months = €160.33 per license
